ALW's first "structure kit" designed to complement the ALW line of fireless locomotives. 
There is only 1 photo of a fireless locomotive recharging, but the reference available suggests that these recharging stations were connected and built close to large powerplants or boilers and installed trackside to supply steam to fireless locomotives once connected via a flanged pipe.
